String exception for Okular

We have a code change to fix https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=497715 that 
lots of people have complained about.

It would introduce two new strings

"Use file information to determine whether to open in continuous mode by 
default"

and

"For files without file information, open in continuous mode by default"

I know we are super late in the KDE Gear 25.04 cycle but I would really 
appreciate if we could add these.
