I have now uploaded the repo to
https://invent.kde.org/huftis/kde-l10n-he

To download, just type

   git clone https://invent.kde.org/huftis/kde-l10n-he.git

The first Hebrew commit was in 1998. To see the list of files added (or 
removed) over time, you can use this command:

   git log --reverse --name-status

And for some statistics on the contributors (committers):

   git shortlog -sne
