Make a new team from scratch (Argentine Spanish)

Hello!
I am pleased to tell you that I would like to form a new team of KDE
translators. I have already contacted Eley Cuadra to create a "variant".
However, he told me that the best thing would be to create a new team from
scratch. I would like to apply for that position. I am translating Trinity
Desktop Environment and have translated Q4OS to es_AR.
