Git migration - website moved

The list of usernames at the end of this email is missing one of the 
Japanese language team committers - terucco.
So the list is old for the Japanese team.

Also, if I remember correctly, there was a list of active svn users 
somewhere else but I'm not able to quickly recall where that was at this 
time.  I'll continue to check my notes, but in the meantime, could 
someone else quickly recall?
