Elements in .pot files changed but not marked fuzzy in .po files

I misinterpreted the 460 errors I got. One of the last ones had this problem 
with :ref: in the msgid and :doc: in the msgstr, which in my perception could 
only be caused by a change in msgid without marking it as fuzzy. Most of the 
other errors, found out later, are caused by a change in the rules file. I am 
sorry to not investgate further and thought most of these errors were these 
not fuzzy marked errors.

Unfortunately I can't find the file with the non-fuzzy problem anymore because 
I repaired it amoung other changes in other likely files.

I contacted the designer of the rules file and they will investigate.
