Thai Translation

Hello KDE Localization team,

I would like to translate KDE for the Thai language. 
I have tried asking in the Thai mailing list but it doesn't exist anymore, is there anyone still working on the Thai language? 
If there is I would like to help, if not i would like to start translating it.
