string freeze for Tellico 4.1

Hi all,

I'm trying to do this in the right order, following the releaseme READEME
and the older RelesingSoftware guide. I plan to release Tellico 4.1 in a
week, on 12 January. There aren't too many new strings, so I figured a
7-day freeze would be sufficient.

I just created and pushed a 4.1 branch to git, branching from master, from
which I will do the release and whatever bug fixes come after, as the new
stable branch. Should I update the i18n.json file in repo-metadata or leave
that to you all, when you adjust the translations accordingly?
