Request to Lead Kurdish Translation Team for KDE

As you say, at this point no one is translating KDE software to Kurdish, what 
you're asking in this case its more reviving the team (with the initial team 
composition being you + your colleagues).

The first thing we ask people that want to create/revive a team is to 
translate kcoreaddons, kio and kxmlgui as close to 100% as possible and send 
them to me in private (no need to bother the rest of the people in the mailing 
list with those files).

So your first task to become "new team coordinator" 
would be to get those files as close to 100% as possible and send 
them to me.
