Hi there,
As far as I can tell, the Lokalize glossary feature just doesn't work, and hasn't for a while. I was able to find someone having the same issue from back in August, and I've never been able to get it to work myself. https://discuss.kde.org/t/how-do-i-add-a-glossary-entry-in-lokalize/38711
