Merge and scatter not working

Basically the ones given in the (outdated!) article in KDE TechBase 
<https://techbase.kde.org/Localization/Workflows/PO_Summit>
(search for “Later you can regularly update this tree […]”). I have only added 
newer `kf6` directories to `svn up` command myself:

svn up {trunk,branches/stable}/{l10n-kde4,l10n-kf5,l10n-kf5-plasma-lts,l10n-
kf6,l10n-kf6-plasma-lts}/{scripts,templates,$L10NLANG} \
       trunk/l10n-support/{scripts,templates,$L10NLANG}

(added `l10n-kf6`, `l10n-kf6-plasma-lts`).

First I run:
posummit scripts/messages.summit $L10NLANG merge
posummit scripts/messages.summit $L10NLANG scatter

Then I try to commit with:
svn commit -m "…"

…but this ends in the error message I gave.
