I used ssh -vv svn at svn.kde.org. At the end I got:
Unable to negotiate with 2a01:4f8:221:1dd0::2 port 22: no matching key
exchange method found. Their offer: sntrup761x25519-sha512 at openssh.com,
curve25519-sha256,curve25519-sha256 at libssh.org,kex-strict-s-v00 at openssh.com
So, apparently, something is missing on my end.
I use a fully updated Tumbleweed.
