Is SVN working?

Today, I performed an update earlier which went smoothly. However, I'm no
longer able to commit updates to SVN. I haven't changed anything in my
access configuration.

The error I'm getting is the following:
svn: E170013: Unable to connect to a repository at URL 'svn+ssh://
svn at svn.kde.org/home/kde/branches/stable/l10n-kf6/pt_BR'
svn: E210002: To better debug SSH connection problems, remove the -q option
from 'ssh' in the [tunnels] section of your Subversion configuration file.
svn: E210002: Network connection closed unexpectedly

Any help?
