End of 10 German translation

Hello together,

I'm a developer from Germany and want to help with the German
translation of the End of 10 Website. I expected a tool like Pontoon,
Weblate or i18n-Tasks, but found this page
https://l10n.kde.org/docs/translation-howto/starting-translation.html
which asks me to send an email to this address. So I hereby do.

Can someone add me where I need to be added and explain what's now
happening? I don't really understand the process. That's not how I
usually work with translations as a software developer.
