String freeze exception for Discover error popup

Hi!

I'd like to request string freeze exception for the following MR:

The bug related to the MR has caused a lot of confusion around the internet,
and it has been set to VHI.

I only have one string that would need the exception:
"There was an issue during the update or installation process. Please try 
again later."

It would be nice to get this into next release so that users using Plasma 6.2 
wont have to be confused by this mystical error anymore.
