Where to find application categories in App Launcher

Hey team,

I want to translate the application categories in App Launcher widget (aka
start menu) but I can't find them. I am not even sure if these
categories such as Favorites, Development, Internet, Education, Office,
System, Utilities, etc. are even called "categories'.

I am not even sure if these are part of KDE or the distribution.

Any help would be appreciated.
