SVN Repository Authorization

Hello,

I have been translating the KDE Applications in trunk KF6-based to Uyghur.
I have checked-out the repository using the svn address. Now I want to
commit the changes to the repository. However, I could not commit the
changes because of authorization failure. Unfortunately, there is no
mailing list in the Uyghur Team (ug) so I am sending this mail to this mail
address. Can anyone help me to give authorization to commit and push the
changes to the repository? Thanks.
