Albanian language seems to have been removed from Region & Language

Hello,

Even if I install Neon (
https://files.kde.org/neon/images/user/20241013-0744/neon-user-20241013-0744.iso)
with Albanian language for Albania the country, in the
- System Settings
-- Language & Time
---Region & Language
---- Language [Modify...]
------- [Add more...]
dropdown list the Albanian (Shqip) language is missing. See attached image.

Instead I see English.

I would expect to have Albanian already as a selected language.

Regardless, I would like to add the Albanian language on that list and also
make it install automatically when the user chooses the entire Operating
System to Albanian.

Can someone advise how to fix this problem?
