[GCompris] bugfix release 4.3

Hi,

due to an issue preventing one activity to start (hexagon), we
released today a bugfix version to fix it.
There are no new string on the application but we added a few ones in
the website news:
https://l10n.kde.org/stats/gui/trunk-kf5/po/gcompris-net.po/ (the
stats are not correct yet, but there are new strings).
We'll generate the translated page in the incoming days for it.
