String freeze exception for Plasma

Hi,

I have two bugfixes for Plasma that need string changes:

In https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-desktop/-/merge_requests/2620
the current string is factually incorrect and replaced with a correct one.

In https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-desktop/-/merge_requests/2622 a
new user-visible error message is added, for a (rare) situation that
currently results in a crash.

I'd like to ship both in Plasma 6.2.x
