String freeze exception for https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-desktop/-/merge_requests/2065

Hello translators!

I'd like to request a string freeze exception for 
https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-desktop/-/merge_requests/2065 so it 
can be backported to the Plasma/6.0 stable branch. There is one new 
string, and one already-translated string that's moved from 
plasma-desktop to libplasma.

Normally I wouldn't bother with this sort of thing, but the change in 
question is intended to improve the UX for people upgrading from Plasma 
5 to Plasma 6, so waiting to ship it in Plasma 6.1 would significantly 
decrease the number of people who will actually see the new message, 
somewhat defeating the point.

If this is too much to ask, no problem, but I thought I'd give it a try. :)
