It's not only this message. This manual, in its current state, it is
more a proof of concept or a base to develop a proper handbook than a
translatable/deliverable handbook. For example, there are some no sense
links (http://apps.kde.org/kapp) or strange variables
(&kmyapplication;), among other quirky messages.
I think we must remove this template and wait for a new reviewed version.
