Well i guess the previous email was the request from the nl team to enable it.

Also maybe it makes sense that the maintainers routinely visit 
https://l10n.kde.org/stats/gui/trunk-kf5/package/websites-docs-glaxnimate-org/
click on the translated header twice and enable all the translations that have 
a good percentage?

I see we have 5 teams at 100%.
