Formatted text toolbar in Kmail Compositor not translated

Hi, Albert,

The version of KMail is  6.1.2 (24.05.2) with Bulgarian translation. 
Add Smiley is not translated in Main toolbar and the toolbar for HTML formatting 
is completely in English.
