Backporting Lokalize commit f171ff8? (then: String freeze exception request)

Hi,

is it worth backporting https://invent.kde.org/sdk/lokalize/-/commit/f171ff8 ?

An earlier inclusion can be at least useful for French and German translation teams.

Then I request a string freeze exception for:
- Width used for the automatic msgfmt-like word wrap. Use the value '0' to disable the word wrap.
+ Width used for the automatic msgfmt-like word wrap. Use the value '0' to disable the word wrap. Use -1 when translating for KDE PO Summit. 1 to 3 doesn't change anything.
