Not all of the things you list have full translations, for example trunk/l10n-
kf5/eo/docs/umbrello/umbrello/ does not have an index.docbook so that's not
missing, but some others seem like the translation should be there (e.g. ko/
kimagemapeditor)
We (the i18n team) are not particularly responsible for running that webpage.
The webpage links to
https://bugs.kde.org/enter_bug.cgi?format=guided&product=docs.kde.org
for bugs and if that doesn't work the kde-www mailing list may be a good
second option?
