Hi,

Just want to ask ceasing this practice of "last minute changes" when you 
promise that it is frozen. Do not call it "freeze", just say "expect any 
changes anytime".

This leads us to the situation when it is impossible to announce the 
translated version in time and waste of our time and efforts.

// 31 new and changed by one-three words phrases just to break other people's 
work (no new senses added). I'm really tired.
