Belarusian translaction team - how to contact?

I don't think there's anyone doing KDE translations to Belarusian at this 
point.

I found Dzianis Jackievic (cc'ed) but it seems he's only doing GCompris 
translations.

Dzianis do you have plans to work on other KDE stuff? Would you help minio get 
started?
