[INFO] German Localization for PowerPlant

Hello Mathis and KDE Localization Team,

for KDE Application PowerPlant i have enriched related files for German
Translation.

What I have done:

- get code from https://invent.kde.org/utilities/powerplant
- enrich folleing files with German translation
   - powerplant.po
   - org.kde.powerplant.metainfo.xml
- build application
- verify my changes by manual test

P.S.
I try to push changes via git but recognized that KDE translation works
in another way.
Therefore i send you the related files to include it until i have
understand or registered for support.
