[GCompris] String freeze for release 25.0

Hi,

We have entered the string freeze for GCompris 25.0!
Please get your translations ready before January 27th 12:00 CET.
We plan to make the packages on January 29th, and do the release on
January 30th.

The complete changelog is available in https://phabricator.kde.org/T17569.
There are 5 new activities:
- Sketch (started by Stefan Toncu, carried on by Amit Sagtani and
reworked/completed by Timothée Giet)
- Calculate with ten's complement (Harsh Kumar)
- Vertical addition (Bruno Anselme)
- Vertical subtraction (Bruno Anselme)
- Vertical subtraction (compensation) (Bruno Anselme)

For all these activities, Timothée Giet reworked the graphics and
layouts to fit the guidelines.

As other major changes, we currently have one new language: Sanskrit.

Thanks to Emmanuel and two other French teachers, we reworked most of
the strings in the activity infos to be more adapted.

GCompris is now a Qt6 application (Qt 6.5 minimal). Due to this,
starting this version, GCompris will not be available for macOS,
Windows 7 and 8, Android before 8.0, Linux 32bit and RaspberryPi
32bit.

We also implemented the automatic switch of language when we select a
new one in the configuration (no need to restart GCompris anymore).

There are around 100 new strings and 230 fuzzy ones compared to the
previous release

To be sure to provide a good experience for children, we will drop all
languages with translation percentage smaller than 70%.
