Translation of content outside of repositories

Hello,

I'm writing on behalf of the Krita team. I wonder if it's possible, and if
yes, what is the process of translating things that are not the application
itself and not the documentation either? Specifically, we'd like to have
our Steam page translated (we're currently still in the process of editing
it, but when it's done, we don't expect it to change for a long while).

Is there any precedence for things like that? Is it considered to be in
scope for the KDE Translation Team? What should we do?
