Subversion actions very slow?

Thanks to /ping/ I have more info (and a solution kind of).

PING svn.kde.org (2a01:4f8:221:1dd0::2) tries to ping using a ipv6 
address and results in a 100% packet loss.

My current "solution" is to disable ipv6 for my wifi connection and that 
fixes the issue.

So, it looks like there is some ipv6 issue in my network.
