Persian Translation

Hi, i reached before for Persian translation and i was told to message the Persian team mailing list which is no longer responses to messages. as far as i can see in PO files, the Persian translation is from KDE 4 and never been updated since.

i grabbed the PO files from the svn repository and had translated some applications and i reached the old Persian team leader to get permission for uploading PO files. when he wanted to add me inside the l10n.kde.org as new Persian team leader with sohrabbehdani username, this was shown to him:

> ErrorUnable to create this user. Please verify that this username already exists.

i have an account inside KDE identity with that username, so i asked inside the l10n matrix room and i was told that the l10n webpage cannot manage users anymore and i should ask for a developer account inside KDE identity which as a translator i`m not qualified for any of those requirements listed there.

the documentation for translation said that i should use the l10n web page for submitting my translation files.

i`m now confused and don`t know what to do next.

any help would be appreciated
