Toki Pona Team Question (TLDR: I was wondering if I could take it over)

Hey!

I normally don't contribute to KDE, as I'm moreso a user of the Desktop.
But, I would like to contribute or take over the Toki Pona translation team
if that's possible. The old maintainer has left the project and is not
sending anymore commits, etc.
