I don't use the Kdesvn app, but I think URLs will be similar like using 
subversion directly.

For the "trunk" KF6 branch (development ported to KF6):

cd l10n-kf6
svn co svn+ssh://svn@svn.kde.org/home/kde/trunk/l10n-kf6/ca

(the last only if you translate documentation)

There are two more branches (stable and trunk/l10n-kf5), but they are 
for a later stages translating a language.
