Konversation Port to KF6 blocked because of translations

Hello All,

I have concluded the port of Konversation to KF6, but for that I had to
manually add <!ENTITY kf5> in *some* translations. That triggered the git
hook that forbids manual translation updates on the repository, and I can't
even open an MR. :D

The affected languages are RU, DE, PT, PT-BR.
