Hi! Following up on updating information about communication channels 
listed at l10n.kde.org.

Thank you, Albert, for the work you do on maintaining l10n.kde.org!

Here's the info I have gathered in the first round of cleaning up link 
rot and potentially inactive communication channels for translation 
teams at l10n.kde.org.

I also put the information below in a document on Collaborate:

I'd suggest we remove this info from l10n.kde.org so interested 
contributors don't post to inactive mailing lists or receive connection 
errors when clicking links to websites.

There may be other information to update later, but this seemed to be 
the lowest-hanging fruit to address first.

I have included details about why the links are in the list. If others 
here have information about these teams and their communication 
channels, please chime in. I did my best to check everything thoroughly, 
but I do not want to accidentally unlist any active teams.

If you want me to follow-up on any information here before removing it 
from the website, please let me know.
