l10n-scripty/master now supports also branches/stable/l10n-kf5

Hello.

Does this impact only KDE server maintainers of repository or also regular
translation contributors?

I'm asking because I as regular translator to Czech language do not want to
mess things up.

I just commit my changes and whatever happens in the server is beyond me.
