New co-maintainer for the Galician translation team

Hey, I would like to get https://invent.kde.org/parodper the right 
permissions to effectively co-maintain the Galician translation.

I imagine I need to open a ticket to KDE sysadmins to grant him the 
right permissions on the KDE Subversion, and write permissions on the 
Pology repo if those are not a default for KDE contributors. Is this the 
right approach? Anything else I should do?
