actual svn repositories for translations

Hello, 
Could someone send an information about the current status of svn repositories for translations. Is stable still in use? What are the future plans? There was a discussion in the mail list but I can’t find it. 
Currently I am maintaining only the trunk and kf6 branche for my language.
