Second coordinator for Dutch translations

For long I have been the coordinator of translations to Dutch of KDE. A new 
person, which I have known for some time, is willing to act as a second 
coordinator. I am not the youngest person, so having a successor is quite a 
relief for me.

Obviously we will make arrangements to not work on the same things at the same 
time.

My question is how does this person get read/write access to the svn and git 
server with the translations to Dutch?
