Plasma 5.27 string freeze exception request

Hello translators,

I'd like to request a string freeze exception for 
https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-welcome/-/merge_requests/42. If 
merged, this will add one new string that is only visible in the 
command-line --help text, so it's not the end of the world if it doesn't 
end up as well-translated as everything else.
