Ktextaddons 1.0.0

Hi,
I created a new lib ktextaddons.
It’s the code from pim* which allows to implement:
- autocorrection
- text to speak
- grammar checking
- translator online/offine support

It’s used by pim* and ruqola (but I need to duplicate code => duplicate i18n 
for sure in ruqola-pim-ktextaddons)

=> I decided to create a stable version 1.0

I would release soon as it duplicated i18n between ruqola/pim* and 
ktextaddons.

It will be better for you that I remove duplicate code soon.

I will not add new string in 1.0 branch

If it’s possible I want to release 1.0 in two weeks => it will avoiding to 
translate too many string.
