kde-i18n-doc Digest, Vol 239, Issue 15

KStars still fails to build:
https://invent.kde.org/education/kstars/-/jobs/789069

This only started a few days ago, so what changed since then? We need to
support Debian Bullseye which has KF5 version 78.
