kf5 entities in ark docbook

Thanks! We now have the same issues with Juk that uses until an hour ago some 
XML entities that were removed from Kf6.

The entities in question are &arts; and &DCOP; which were used in credits for 
old features. This affects all the languages where the docbook of Juk is 
translated.

I fear we might find more of these issues as we port more software to Qt6 :(
