kf5 entities in ark docbook

Hello,

The french and german documentation translation for ark still contains the 
following &kf5; entity. These were removed from kf6 and the replacement is
&kde-frameworks;

This currently breaks the Qt6 build of Ark. This currently breaks the Qt6 
build of arks, so it would be lovely if someone could replace them.

In German this should be:

Allgemeine &kf5;-Optionen -> Allgemeine &kde-frameworks;-Optionen

In French this should be:

&kf5; Options génériques -> Options  génériques pour les &kde-frameworks;
