I understand the problem that a docbook does not get updated when the .po file 
is not 100% fully translated. I did see the error message when using 
SCRIPTY_I18N_BRANCH=trunk_kf5 ../trunkkf5/scripts/update_xml nl kstars
I did search for errors in the .po files, but based on the error messages I 
could not find any. So apparently generation of the docbooks of the partial 
translated, when they are fully translated, generate definitions required in 
index.docbook of kstars. So this docbook does not get generated, and probably 
should be deleted by the script if it causes trouble higher in the processing 
chain.
