About modifying translation team page

Hi,
I'm zh_TW translation team coordinator for now, and I want to modify
https://l10n.kde.org/team-infos.php?teamcode=zh_TW to reflect current
information.
But it seems I can't login using my KDE identity username/password.
How can I do?
