Hi Áron,
yes, first is to create a developer access, then open a sysadmin ticket in
phabricator (Infrastructure/Subversion/2020 Changes - KDE Community Wiki
<https://community.kde.org/Infrastructure/Subversion/2020_Changes>) to be
able to commit.
