Admin access for team website

Hello,

I would like to update the info and the screenshots for the Turkish team
website[1]; the screenshots are kind of archaic at this point (good
nostalgia though), and the website points to the old one.

How to do this? If possible I'd like to have admin access for the
Turkish team. For reference, I've been maintaining the Turkish
translations for the past year.

Also, I would also like to change the Bugzilla Turkish language
component contact to my e-mail address; current contact there has not
been active for more than a decade.
