please take care of heaptrack 1.4 branch

Hey dear i18n people,

I just branched 1.4 off master in git. Please can someone do the same for the 
translations.

Also, please have a look at the strings. I don't think a lot has changed there 
since the last release. So I plan to finalize the 1.4 release next week.
